How are we growing with balance

We are 3 and half years in and still quite far from hitting the 1M€ in ARR

Hold on, do we really want to share that…? 

Yes we want. For two reasons.

Firstly, we want to be bluntly honest about our development and goals. Secondly, our relatively slow growth demonstrates that we been upholding our core value of Balanced Growth.

Additionally, our 5-year vision plan has crossing €1m in ARR as one of the targets.

We often read about these instant millionaire tales where a business starts and quickly makes millions in its initial years. We wish them well, but for most of us, that’s not the reality. In our case, we purposely chose to grow sustainably in a balanced growth way.

This is the 4th year into actively running the agency and It’s been an incredible journey with significant success along the way.

We have grown from just a freelancer based 1 person company into a Performance Marketing agency with a small team scaling to over €200k+ ARR this year with 10+ clients aiming at crossing €450k+ ARR in the next year.

Here are some of our wins so far that we are proud of:

1)  We have grown our revenue 51% compared to the last year even though the macroeconomic environment has been quite challenging 

2) We have been able to invest in getting new talents onboard for enabling future sustainable growth

3) We have proven track record of serving variety of clients, including stock-listed companies, also internationally. 
  
4) We have started new strategic initiatives for growth.

… and lots more besides. We for example bought our first painting for the company. So we have already started investing in arts as well.

We are immensely proud of all we’ve achieved these past years.

It’s been a wild ride and we’ve loved every minute of it.

We strongly believe in sharing the reality of trying to build an independent business like this, but find it important to provide an honest and frank perspective, to reassure others that despite what you see on social media, the reality is far tougher.

So, this is for every business owner out there pushing water uphill.
